Upcoming Events Collaborating for Outcomes in the North East of Scotland Programme Collaborating for Outcomes in the North East of Scotland Programme is a learning event being facilitated jointly by Aberdeen City Council; Aberdeenshire Council; NHS Grampian; Grampian Fire and Rescue Service; Grampian Police; the Robert Gordon University, ACVO and the CVS Training Initiative. Two places have been made available to ACVO for this Programme. It is a modular programme and participants are expected to attend all seven full day events and collaborate with colleagues between modules. The programme is aimed at leaders/managers in the Third Sector who are responsible for developing/setting strategy; building effective partnerships; networking; community planning with a commitment to Single Outcome Agreements and associated issues.
