Partnership Working

Partnership working is about: “...improving outcomes for children, young people and families.”

Different services, agencies and teams of professionals are working together to meet the needs of children, young people and their parents or carers. These new ways of working shift the focus from dealing with the consequences of difficulties in children’s lives to early intervention and effective prevention.

 

What’s Happening in Integrated Children's Services?

To keep up to date on what’s happening locally regarding the Integration of Children’s Services in Aberdeen you can:

1. Voluntary organisations can link with the Voluntary Sector Providers Forum which addresses voluntary sector issues and concerns
