Showcase

The 3rd Sector Showcase event took place on Thursday 19th November 2009 at the Town and County Hall from 10am to 5pm. The event demonstrated the volume and value of 3rd Sector organisations and the amazing work that is done throughout the City by them.

ACVO's first-ever Showcase event was extremely successful and over 220 people attended the day. The exhibitions sold out in 2 days, and 3rd sector organisations are already enquiring about next years Showcase event aswell as booking up for the Volunteering & Third Sector Fair on Saturday 3rd July 2010 Music Hall, Aberdeen.

There were over 30 third/voluntary sector organisations exhibiting on the day (see list below). The Town and County Hall was open from 10am until 5pm .  Visitors browsed the stalls, talked to exhibitors, took away literature and freebies and networked with partner organisations.
